Unfortunately, a failed submit can't be cleaned up via obliterate
(obliterate operates only on submitted revisions), so if a submit fails partway
through because the depot filesystem runs out of space, your best bet is
probably going to be to search the filesystem for files called
1.<changelist>.gz (where <changelist> is the failed changelist,
which should still be in the "pending" state) and delete those.

(Do *not* do this for changelists that actually got submitted, because it'll
mess up revisions that reference those changelists -- that's where you want
to use obliterate.)
