Hm -- I'm at a bit of a loss then.  The client library should
definitely be new enough to support reconcile and clearly it works from the
command line with a similar version.  I would suspect that it was
something like using the wrong client spec, except that it worked when you
specified a more narrow path.

Though, just to be clear -- you did revert the file you'd already opened at
the command line before running reconcile in your script, right?
