My guess is that it's the xfinity port forwarding that's somehow
busted.  What if you try to connect to your server via the global IP,
do you get the same results?  Can you do a packet dump of what the
server sends back, or maybe try the "-vnet=5" debugging flag to see
more about why the Perforce networking layer thinks what it's talking to
isn't a Perforce server?
