[p4] P4V 2018.1 - Windows 1O About hovering over P4V thumbnail.

Hi,

I am using P4V Rev. P4V/NTX64/2018.1/1637591 on Windows 10 and i have noticed
this little strange graphical occurrence. Whenever I go to my preferences and do
anything or nothing and then close the Preferences dialog, if I hover my mouse
over P4V thumbnail in the Windows taskbar, the preferences dialog always
appears. (This seems to be Windows 10 specific and applies to any other P4V
dialog, not just Preferences).

P.S.: The occurrence seems to go away if I minimize, restore and re-minimize
P4V. (i just found it kind of strange and figured I should mention it)
