[p4] Disk space consumed from an aborted submit - how to clean up?

Posted on behalf of forum user 'Sambwise'. If you retry the submit of that same change I believe those pending revisions will be overwritten (the pending change number is the storage key). Other than that, there isn't any p4 command to clean up those revisions.
