[p4] P4V 2018.2 Columns

P4V shows new columns. In the History tab I now see "Review Id",
"Review State", "ImportedBy", "Identity",
"Jobs".

Trouble is, I don't want these because they're all empty and just taking
up space - the Description which I do want to see gets a few pixels at the right
hand edge of the tab. If I use the context menu to turn them off, they're
back next time I run P4V.

Please fix it so I can turn these off and they stay off.
