[p4] Can't delete a user with no workspace

Hi,

I've a problem while trying to delete a user on P4.
The client has no workspace anymore (p4 clients -u <myuser> returns no
result).
I want to delete the user but I have this error when trying to do
so:  User <myuser> has file(s) open on 1 client(s) and can't
be deleted.

When running the command "p4 opened -u <myuser>", I get a lot of
modifications => I definitely have some modifications, but I can't find a
way to delete them all because all the commands I found require a workspace. I
don't want to keep any of these modifications, I just want to delete the
user and everything related to this user (workspace, changelists, shelves,
modifications, etc).

Does anyone know a way to do so ?
