1st United Services Credit Union:

I received a Fraud Alert notification on my work e-mail regarding a "new
message at 1st United Services Credit Union."

I was unable to read the message. The copy/paste thing was just not
working. The message was sent on Friday. It was Saturday when I received
the message, so I was unable to reach anyone by phone.

This all was very disturbing to say the least. Obviously, any message sent
regarding the possibility of fraud is a huge concern-- particularlly if one
has to wait two days not knowing what kind of damage might be done.

I have banked with 1st United Services Credit Union for many years, but I
have to say that this incident makes me feel extremely uneasy when I am
unable to reach anyone at all with a serious concern simply because it
happens to be Saturday. There is an automated option for lost and stolen
cards but not fraud alert. I feel I may rethink my banking options.
