No, not easily.

The call to rlog is inside viewvc (running in standalone mode). viewvc is
working from the repository, not from the cvs sandbox, so a re-write to use
cvs log instead is beyond my ability.

The offending keywords in the ,v files are from a time when our cvs
repository was using CVSNT as the cvs server. We are now using gnu cvs
under ubuntu as our cvs server. The change over from CVSNT to gnu cvs did
require some changes to the ,v files in the repository to strip out some of
the CVSNT extras, but we did not kill everything that CVSNT added, just the
minimum required to make it work.

I am going to try stripping out all of the CVSNT extension keywords from
our repository. I am pretty sure that this will work for me. We can do this
as we no longer rely on the CVSNT extensions. If there are people using
viewvc with a CVSNT repository, they will not be able to just strip out the
extension keywords.

The resolution for this bug report rests on deciding if rlog will error out
on non-canonical keywords, or silently ignore them.
