Re: rcs-5.9.4: make check: tests 510 511 603 604 605 900 999 failed on AIX

regarding username - I had to login (su was not enough) to get it to change
the username in the RCS file.

Same 7 errors, but in t511.d/RCS there is this:
4.20
date    2015.01.23.13.53.24;    author michael; state Exp;
branches;
next    ;

So, it does not seem to be 'author' related.
