How to install this puppy

Hi Barry,

I've finally freed up some time to test VCP. =) I just wanted
to make sure I have the current install procedure down:

1) Grab VCP from CPAN to get all of the support modules
2) Sync down most recent version of VCP from the public depot
and do the standard Perl 'make install' dance.

Sound good? Any particular change I should test at, or should
I just grab the head?
