I would recommend downloading and running the Client Diagnostics Tool (instructions here: http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=29). Once you're running and connected to the repository where you're having the problem, find Player.cpp and choose "Validate Cached Versions" from the context menu.
