Backup failed

Hi,

since today I'm having trouble creating a backup of our sourcegear
database. Using the admin tool I try to create a backup, but after a
(long) while I get an error message that the backup failed. I looked
into the sql server errorlog and found this:

2004-01-24 16:23:05.58 backup    BACKUP failed to complete the command
dbo.spcreatebackup;1

I just upgraded to the latest version of sourcegear today (1.2.3), but I
also had the problem before the upgrade. I hoped that upgrading would
fix it, but no such luck..
I tried to perform this using the admin tool on both the server computer
itself and from another computer but that didn't make a difference. Any
ideas what might be wrong? By the way, the server and our repository is
perfectly accesible using the vault client, but I would still like to be
able to create a backup of the database every now and then :)

I still have to try to use the method of creating a backup using the
batch file method Jeff Clausius suggested (thanks for that!) but I don't
expect that to make much of a difference.
