VSS Import woes - Part II

As a follow up to the message I posted about a little earlier, we attempted 
another import of the same solution from the same VSS database. It failed 
(i.e. hung) again when trying to import the same file, although it failed 
on a later version of the file than it had on previous attempts. After 
cranking away for nearly two hours, the Vault Import tool reported that it 
only had 4 minutes to go before it was done.... and then it failed...
