Can't check in files

I keep getting the following errors when checking in files:

 

From the client:

"A Database error has occurred: FailDBFault"

 

From the server when I try and undo checkout:

"VaultLib.VaultSoapException: 1100: FailDBFault at
VaultService.VaultAdminService.UndoCheckOut(Int32 nRepID,
VaultRequestUndoCheckOut[]& requests)

 

This just started happening yesterday afternoon, and we have been using the
program since the beginning of November without any problem. Yesterday,
rebooting the server appeared to have a temporary effect but starting this
morning it won't work at all!  Should I just reinstall over the top of my
existing installation? 

 

I'm running version 1.2.2 for both the client and server on all machines.

 

Please help!!
