That worked!!!  I had tried clearing my cache, reinstalling the .net
framework, with no effect. But that simple deletion fixed it instantly!

Try deleting the following registry key:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SourceGear\Vault\Client\Settings\FormMain

This will reset the main form's saved settings, which may have become 
corrupted.
