Is this a Vault 2.0 preview or 1.2.3?

It might be a .Net framework loading issue.  At least, "Object reference..."
is how it complains when you try to use Vault 2.0 in VS.Net 2002, where
there is a .Net framework mismatch (Vault 2.0 uses the 1.1 framework).
