RE: IDE Intergration problem.

Yes, Vault 1.2.3 should work on either the 1.0 or 1.1 framework.    It was
compiled until the 1.0 framework, whereas Vault 2.0 was compiled under the
1.1 framework.

Removing one of the framework versions *might* help, if the problem is that
the IDE has loaded one, and Vault is asking for the other one.  But it still
doesn't make sense since both frameworks are on both machines...
