Hello,

Sorry we have overlooked this note and failed to
respond until now.

Your problem looks unfamiliar. At first glance,
it seems to be an obvious firewall issue of some
kind, but as you point out, you can see other
things on that machine.

The only thing I can suggest is to examine the
configuration of any virtual hosts on that
machine. Are you hosting more than one website?
Is it possible that the Vault server is mapped
into one site but not the other?

Subject: [vault-list] "The page cannot be found" when accessing valut from
outside LAN

Hi,

I hope someone can help me..... If I enter http://servername/VaultService in

my browser on a machine on my LAN I see the vault server homepage but if I
try to see http://externalservername/VaultService then I get the "The page
cannot be found" error. I can definately see other webapps on the same
server using the external name.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Jerry
