RE: Unable to check out - permissions?

Hi Jason,

I added myself as a user to vaultpub, and gave myself the exact same
permssions you do, but I'm able to check out the file, so it must be
something specific to either your account, or your machine.  Do you mind if
I reset your password and login as you to see whether it is something
related to your account?
