Regarding the extra login dialogs inside
MultiEdit:

We'll keep an eye out for this problem.
We had similar problems happening during
the 2.0 beta cycle, but I think we got
them all fixed, at least inside Visual 
Studio. 


Regarding the question of checking status
of bugs:

We don't expose our internal bug tracking
system to the public, sorry.


Regarding the $Log$ problem:

Sorry, this one must have slipped through
the cracks.  It is bug 6009, evidently
logged in Aug 2003.  I have assigned it
to myself and I'll look into getting it
fixed sometime soon.

Yesterday we updated to the 2.0 version.
It works great.

However there is one really annoying thing.
This happens when I have the Vaultclient open and concurrently work in
MultiEdit using the SCC interface.
For every action, the login dialogwindow appears.
If I close the Vaultclient, the behaviour is back to normal.

For the 1.x versions I have reported several bugs.
Is there a way of finding out if, or when those bugs get fixed.

Amongst those bugs was the one where the $Log: $ keyword doesn't work
properly if the projectfolder contains a $ sign.
Should be simpel to fix, so why isn't this done in the 2.0 release ?
When will it be fixed ?
