Vault 2.0 - VS Solution keeps prompting for repository

With upgrade to vault 2.0, our solutions keep prompting for repository. Any way to get it to resave? Looking at source control connections, it shows everything as valid. We have no problems checking in/out both through client and VS. The one thing of question is the server name listed is "http://xxxx/VaultService|:4" .
