Solved the Problem by adding
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SourceGear\Vault\Client\Settings\DontUseChunkedHTTPTransfers
= True

Hai,
"Chunked encoding upload is not supported on the HTTP/1.0 protocol."
How to solve this error, this comes during CheckIn the CheckedOut
file.
