1) what version of vault were you upgrading from? 
2)  can you run the following query  SELECT schemaversion FROM sgvault.dbo.tblschemaversions against the current database?
3)  can you run the following query SELECT COUNT(*) FROM sgvault.dbo.tblfsobjectlabels against the current database?
3)  do you have a backup of your database before running the 2.0.1 installation?  can you restore that
4)  can you run the following query  SELECT schemaversion FROM sgvault.dbo.tblschemaversions against the database from step 3?
