It would be great that when creating a lightweight label, to be able to specify if everyone can see it (default) or if only the person creating it can see it. This would be very beneficial for those responsible for certain sections of a project and need to tag certain points in time that are of significance only to that person. Along with this is ability to remove the tag. Both these features would be great.
