Visual Studio Integration Error on Tablet PC

Hello all.  I have been using vault for a few months now with no problems.  I just upgraded my development machine to a Tablet PC.  The Vault Stand alone client works fine, but the IDE integration component randomly errors off.  I can't open from source control on any projects that have more than a few files.
 
I get and error that comes up as a System.ExecutionEngineException in System.windows.forms.  Has anyone else seen this?  I saw a post about this back in September but there were never any follow up posts.
