Anything I will miss in Vault that I had in SOS?

Ok, maybe I am beating this topic to death, but we on the verge of
making a decision as to whether or not to move to Vault from
SourceOffSite 3.5.

Are there any features in SOS 3.5 or 4.0 that we will no longer have in
Vault that I might miss? Maybe anyone who has already made the move
could comment?
