RE: devenv.exe (VS2002) Looping at 100% on Check In

It's not just devenv. I see the same thing happening with the GUI client.

I'm also frequently getting "EndChanges() called too many times" dialogs in
the IDE, followed by "Access error". Repeating the operation succeeds.
