John: I just re-read your original message. You don't necessarily mention when the CPU client goes to 100% utilization. Can you try this out? 1) Bring up task manager to watch for CPU utilization. 2) From within the GUI client, commit a change to one file. 3) Watch the messages pane vs client CPU usage. Does the client spit out the Transaction complete message, and then go into 100% CPU usage during retrieving repository information? 4) Do you have a large number of shares within the repository (3000+ objects)? If it is what I think it is, I would recommend upgrading to Vault 2.0.3, as we fixed a problem in the client dealing with refreshes (after a transaction change), when there are a large number of shares within a repository.
