As near as I can tell, this is a bug. Hi, Clayton, In the folder tree, highlight the folder and select "Show Labels." This will give you a list of labels for that folder. In Show Labels, under the Label menu there is a Delete command. Use that to delete the label. When I tried this, the label still appeared in the list, but when I closed the window and did "Show Labels" again, it was gone.
