Ah yes, sorry about that.  I usually try to give more information than
that, but I was half asleep when I wrote my first email. :)

So the following error in today's log corresponds with my attempts:

	Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint
'PK__@@securityrights__5FB337D6'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object
'#5EBF139D'.

I should also mention that I've restarted SQL Server, restarted IIS, and
ultimately rebooted the server, all without effect.

Any useful information in the Vault server log? Look in
%windir%\temp\sgvault.

Or, send me a copy of the log file.
