RE: _sgbak directories

2.0 doesn't have facilities to manage files in the _sgbak folder, but it
does have a new checkbox in the options dialog to not backup files before
overwriting them.  If this is unchecked, no _sgbak folder will ever be
created.  However, it will be checked by default.
