Thanks, Shaw. But, um, where do I find the utility? I don't see it anywhere,
including in the Vault directory.

I forgot to mention that the Client Diagnostics Tool can validate your
cached files (it computes the CRCs and checks them against the server's
CRCs).  This will let you know which version is the problem.
