RE: _sgbak directories

I could not agree more.  We frequently make a .zip of a series of
directories to send to folks.  I end up spending more time cleaning out
the _sgbak files that they don't need than actually creating the .ZIP.

Bummer. I thought that 2.0 was going to put the hidden folders somewhere
else, at least optionally. That is one of the few major annoyances with
Vault.

2.0 doesn't have facilities to manage files in the _sgbak folder, but it
does have a new checkbox in the options dialog to not backup files
before
overwriting them.  If this is unchecked, no _sgbak folder will ever be
created.  However, it will be checked by default.
