With this release, Subversion now handles cross-repository merging.

Anyway, Subversion 0.15 is out.  It's just a standard interim release
on the road to Beta, the usual round of bugfixes, plus a few
user-visible changes.  Grab it from:

   * SWIG binding improvements
   * Various pool usage improvements
