OSX packages (non-fink) for Subversion 1.0.0

I've put together simple OSX packages for Subversion 1.0.0, for people who 
don't use fink.

No Apache-based server, nor Java bindings (I couldn't get javahl to compile), 
but I think everything else is included, see READ_ME_FIRST and PACKAGE-LISTING 
for more details.
