Offer of commercial support

Hello ye cvs2svn developers,

I would like to add the section shown below to the cvs2svn FAQ. First I
wanted to give the other developers a chance to voice any objections.

There are two reasons that I would like to add this section:

1. So that people know they might be able to get some paid help or
sponsor development of new cvs2svn features. Recently I have come
across a few users who seem like they would have appreciated help rather
than having to struggle through a complicated conversion themselves.

2. To have a place to point at when people ask lazy and repetitive
questions whose answers would have been a quick Google search away or
demand an unreasonable amount of hand-holding.

This is of course not to discourage other people from answering lazy
questions or holding hands with users :-) I'll continue to do it
myself, but I've got so little time these days that I can't afford to do
very much of it.

If there aren't any -1s in the next day or two I will change the FAQ as
described.

Michael
