Since my last post, I have run the full test suite on every patch in
my stack.  They're all good.  As far as *I* am concerned, you can
commit the whole series right now.  So we're blocked by our little
disagreement about closing fixup heads.  Darn.

I know: let's have a massive flamewar about it!  That's always fun.
We can all end up angry and embittered with lots of forks!

Nah, bad idea.  Probably better if I just do the work to close fixup
heads per your spec by default.  Don't hold your breath waiting for
it, but feel free to pester me again in a week or two.
