It shouldn't be too difficult to add a 2mtn variant, providing Monotone
has a decent interface for importing content into a repository. The
best situation would be if mtn supports the git-fast-import format,
which is becoming a lingua franca among DVCSs. If so, then converting
to Monotone might work out of the box or perhaps require only minor
tweaks to account for any peculiarities of Monotone.

If you have a tigris account, then you can go to

    http://cvs2svn.tigris.org
-> "Mailing lists" (in menu on the left side)
-> "Manage my subscriptions" (above the list of mailing lists)

and then tick the checkboxes in the "Subscribed" column. (At least it
appears that this would work for me.)

If you do not have a tigris account, then according to

http://help.collab.net/index.jsp?topic=/faq/subscribetomailinglistviaemail.html

you just need to send an email to [email protected],
where $LIST is one of "announce", "users", "dev", issues", or "commits".
