multi repository cvs2svn conversion question

Hello,
I'm currently converting my companies CVS repository into Subversion and
was wondering if anyone had an answer to my dilemma.
I'm creating a dumpfile for upload to Atlassian where they will host our
SVN repository.
I can see how to modify the options file to include multi-project, but I
just realized we have a mult-repository, multi-project structure like
this
CVS/
RepositoryA
---------project1
---------project2
RepositoryB
---------project1
---------project2
Will cvs2svn convert everyting inside of my CVS folder into one
repository? Or will I have to run it twice specifying which repository
to have it convert.
