Error with cvs2svn in Pass6 [SortSymbolSummaryPass]

Hi All,
I had been using cvs2svn for conversion of my CVS repo.
Version Details : cvs2svn-2.3.0 and python-2.5.2
While generating the dump file, suddenly I got a large number of warnings
(almost for 20 mins.) on the stdout which said :
sort: Warning: A newline character was added to the end of the input.

Followed by the error:
ERROR: Sort input and output file sizes differ:
'cvs2svn-tmp/symbols-summary.txt' (46997576 bytes)
'cvs2svn-tmp/symbols-summary-s.txt' (18097066 bytes)
I could NOT get much help from googling except for below. But apparently it
is for Pass5 (SortRevisionSummaryPass) whereas I am struck with Pass6.
