Issue while migrating from CVS repos to SVN repos in Windows operation system

Hi,
   Im new to subversion, I have followed the steps from the below URL and
all the 16 pass went fine. Now how do I access the files using tortoise SVN.

At the python installed directory DOS prompt, I have used the below command
for migration:
c:\python12>python c:\python27\scripts\cvs2svn --fallback-encoding=ascii
--existing-svnrepos -s c:\dev\subversion\repos c:\cvsrepos\Financials
--sort="C:\dev\UnxUpdates\sort.exe"

Can anyone please let me know what should I do once Im done with the 16 pass
mirgration step process.
