preserve Id in binary library?

Thanks very much for the cvs2hg backend!
I've been porting a number of old repositories recently, and it's worked 
flawlessly in most cases.

I have run into one problem with keywords in binary files. This cvs 
repository contains 2 binary (.lib) files which contain expanded Id 
strings in their header. We need to maintain these unaltered, but cvs2hg 
seems compacts them to $Id$ even if I use the --keywords-off option.

Is there a way to suppress this? Our current workaround is to check in a 
copy of the original library after conversion.
