I'm trying to convert all of my CVS repositories, so I've created a bunch of empty repositories on github.com. I run cvs2git+git init+git fast-import on each CVS repo, resulting in a bunch of directories. In each of these directories, the only thing that's there is the .git directory.. I can't send that to github, so how do I get cvs2git to also extract the files, the content of the repo, not just it's branch, tag and commit history? Or am I'm going about this the wrong way? -- Try not. Do. Or do not.
