I don't really know what the pictures are trying to represent, but I have the feeling that what you are looking for is a multiproject conversion [1]. If that is not the case, please try explaining your problem using text (e.g., showing the output of CVS / Subversion commands compared to what you expect) rather than screenshots of tools that not everybody is familiar with.
