Oh, as someone else pointed out to me (duhh), note that it says ocvs there.
I don't know if that is/was standard, but our 'ocvs' was cvs with wrapper
support in it.

After I supposedly fixed my end (I had cvs soft linked to a copy of ocvs),
now running the command on the same exact project I sent you says it doesn't 
support wrappers.

Now cvs is the same version as yours
Concurrent Versions System (CVS) 1.12.13 (client/server)

So I'm still confused as to why you were able to run the command on that
same project, but mine *thinks* the project is still wrapped (I unarchived
the exact one I sent in email before).

So I guess it is a problem on my end, yet I haven't figured out what the issue
is.  I may just end up giving up on this directory and converting the rest.

I haven't read the response in the other thread yet.
