After all, if there were real content in a CVS directory, then it couldn't be checked out of CVS anyway. So I changed the code to *always* exclude CVS directories. If anybody can see a reason that anybody would want to include CVS subdirectories in a conversion, please speak up. I also applied the same logic to CVS subdirectories found within Attic directories, as presumably they can also occur there. Thanks for your contribution!
