Cvs2svn.py bug

I'm having a problem building the cvs2svn.py script. I get an error that rc=
sparser.common module not found. I'm running python 2.7.1 on Windows 7, ple=
ase help, I've posted a msg. About this a week ago w/ no response. Any idea=
s would be greatly appreciated.
