cvs2git: How to expand the CVS keywords?

Hello,

I run the version 2.4.0 of the cvs2git and the CVS keywords like $Id$ are
not expanded by default.

How to expand the CVS keywords?

There are option

--keywords-off

so I assume that expanding of the CVS keywords should work by default.
