Do not leak depdendencies that are not needed first-hand by dependents (for dynamic linking). These should all be Requires.private or Libs.private (where no .pc module present). (I'm maybe very late to the party, but I was poked at pkg-config stuff today by a fruitlessly ended discussion I started with a project that adds linker flags about rpath and dtags format in its .pc files … so, please also, don't do that.).
